Post Start Date:                                  September 2019

We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our happy and committed team.

The person appointed will:

  • work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake                 work/care/support programmes,
  • have experience in school - ideally with KS2 experience
  • enable access to learning for pupils and to assist the teachers in the management of pupils and the classrooms within a specified year group.
  • attend year group planning meetings.
  • work in the classroom or outside the main teaching area.
  • supervise the children from the allocated class during the lunchtime period to maintain high standards of behaviour in the refectory/playground.
  • organise homework support for identified pupils after school.
  • be educated to degree level or equivalent
