Welcome to the Waymakers class!

The Waymakers class is taught by Mr Alexander. 

In Waymakers, we aim to create a positive, engaging and safe learning environment for our students that will allow them to thrive inside and outside the classroom, whilst helping to prepare them as they progress up the school.

Cooking:

At Hope Community School, we are focusing on developing children's life skills. This year we have started to introduce cooking into our curriculum and have so far cooked ginger biscuits. 

Immersion Days:

To include children in learning, we plan for immersion days at the start of the topic to get children to show curiosity and interest in learning.
